Board member Manny Morden honored by the Los Angeles City Council
On June 26, 2009, ATC Board member Manny Morden was honored with a resolution from the Los Angeles City Council chamber in commemoration of 50 years with his company, Brandow & Johnston and 54 years of structural engineering practice. The resolution congratulated Mr. Morden for his extraordinary contributions to the growth and development of the City of Los Angeles.

Bill Coulbourne receives the John R. Sheaffer Award for Excellence in Floodproofing
ATC's Director of Wind and Flood Hazard Mitigation, Bill Coulbourne received the John R. Sheaffer Award for Excellence in Floodproofing for his years of teaching floodproofing techniques and tools and promoting Building Science at the Association of State Floodplain Managers annual conference held in Orlando, Florida.
